RESERVATION CONFIRMATION & PARKING

A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a confirmation email which not only summarizes your travel arrangements, but also outlines your access to our gated parking lot, the first left on Green Street and across from the hotel’s side entrance.

As you enter the parking lot, turn left to find the 2 handicap spaces in the parking lot.

Our parking lot offers two handicap accessible spaces with adequate room for ramp access to your vehicle. These spaces are near the side entrance of the building, immediately around the corner from the main entrance, which has full accessibility features.

There is a recessed curb at both the main entrance and the side entrance to allow easy access to our sidewalk. If you use the recessed curb by the side entrance, please proceed from there to the nearby main entrance just around the corner to your right, which has a ramp to facilitate access after you enter.

 

MAIN ENTRANCE

The main entrance to the hotel is located on Northampton St. A hotel intercom is available at this entrance, should you need special assistance. The main entrance provides easy accessibility to our public space, with a ramp leading to our ground floor elevator.

Once inside the elevator, please proceed to our 1st floor Lobby and Front Desk for registration. [Note: For security reasons, a guest key card is needed at certain hours to call the ground floor elevator. The front desk phone number is posted on the wall outside the ground floor elevator. If you do not yet have your guest card, just telephone the front desk, and someone will happily call the elevator for you.]

 

HOTEL SERVICES

As for points of interest, we have the Green Harvest Food Emporium located on the ground level of our facility with ramp access from the ground elevator. 

Other amenities include a 24/7 fitness center and saltwater heated indoor pool with ramp access and accessible lift in our pool area.

 

ADA LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS

Our accessible lodging includes a 300 sq. ft. room offering a roll-in shower, one king bed, a workspace, and a range of accessible features, listed below:

Our downtown area within blocks of the hotel has many day time and night life offerings, including museums, live theater, restaurants, shops and cultural attractions.  Please inquire at our front desk for added details.
